When I'm not cherishing time with my family and friends, I am dedicated to helping others navigate and overcome Environmental Sensitivities—a condition I have personally managed. After consulting with countless doctors and individuals, I fully recognize the importance of my journey and am committed to being a leader in healing.

This commitment is why my daughter and I co-founded our online business, Practical Nutrition, to offer the clean, organic products that helped me achieve a much more peaceful life in today's environment.
