Cameron Ventura

Since the late ’70’s Cameron has been shooting images (film, video, and stills) of everything from landscapes and animals to corporate executives and presidential hopefuls. He’s also had the good fortune of arranging words into various stories for a long time as well.

When Do Or Die Time was first published in 2012, that encouraged Cameron to begin writing fiction. Currently he has three published books in the Calvin Poag Adventure series, and currently working on book 4.

When he’s not filming or writing he enjoys architectural forging and wood working and blending the two into useful items. He loves to cook and still enjoys playing music. He lives on a small farm in Idaho with his fat yellow Lab, Mac, his horses, cats and 200,000 honey bees who he's named the “Babettes”, because — you got it, the girls do ALL the work!
