Kat Covelle

Kathleen (Ann) Pickering who also pens as Kat Covelle, is an award-winning author who believes stories teach life lessons. The second oldest of eight siblings, a mother, a once-upon-a-time wife and lover-of-life, Kathleen draws plots and characters from people around her. Kat also travels to research her work. So beware. Kat has two grown sons, a beautiful daughter-in-law and gets to see our magical world unfold through the eyes of her grandchildren. She lives in Florida, loves to swim with dolphins, dances to any music that moves her, sings karaoke with her friends (not always a good thing!) and escapes to conferences to explore the writing world with industry leaders, author friends and readers—a great excuse to keep a finger on the pulse of the publishing industry.
