Today, Jacky works with clients throughout the UK and abroad, successfully helping to build trust, profit and good business through words. Co-director of creative agency the Big Ideas Collective, together with publishing imprint the Big Ideas Library. Jacky is also founder of Micro Oiseau, a multi-language website supporting startups and new business in a growing number of languages.
Jacky began her professional career as a stage designer. This led to production work in TV and film when she began writing promotional copy, followed by full time writing with national broadcaster ITV as Head of Viewer Services (North) covering Granada, Yorkshire, Tyne Tees and Border TV before becoming a freelance copywriter.
For her work in sustainability Jacky won the Investor in the Environment Overall Achiever Award for Yorkshire & Humber in 2015 and an Honorable Mention in the US Green Dot Awards for sustainable business.
Today Jacky lives in York, North Yorkshire with her family.
