I have long enjoyed writing about non-fiction subjects like video games. My first published article was for Hardcore Gamer Magazine in 2006; I joined the Arcade Heroes blog in 2007 and took over as Head Editor and Writer for that site in 2010. I also have had many articles published in Replay Magazine. I own and operate my own professional arcade business out of Utah called the Game Grid Arcade since June 2008.
Apart from that, I've long loved sci-fi, growing up watching Star Trek: The Next Generation in particular. I've watched anything dealing with space to be honest - every Star Trek series, Doctor Who (Classic and New), Farscape, Star Wars, BattleStar Galactica, Firefly, etc. I enjoy action and fantasy movies too...not big on musicals or romcoms.
While not huge on comics, I have owned Superman, Batman, The Flash and Spiderman, including a series of Spiderman issues in Portuguese, that I bought while living in Brazil.
I also do some astronomy in my back yard from time to time and I have a knack for teaching. I haven't taught professionally in many years, having trained people on how computers work and how to repair them. I also enjoy doing some art design both on the computer and hand drawn although my drawing skills are not amazing by any means.
Next up is a sci-fi series of short stories. Stay tuned!
