Sandra L. Carroll

Sandra L. Carroll was born in Rochester, Minnesota. She has a twin sister who is 19 minutes older and two other sisters. Her father was a career US Air Force Pilot for over 32 years; so the family called many locations home. Sandra's career was in county government. She was a Court Assistant for a female District Court Judge for over thirteen years and then transferred to the Family Support and Assistance Division. During her judicial service, she witnessed lots of people and families in crisis. While in the Family Support and Assistance Division, she helped families receive child support, medical support, food support and cash support. Her career was dedicated to customer service and helping people during difficult times.

Sandra retired in May 2012 and moved to Stuart, Florida. She was anxious to leave the harsh Minnesota winters behind and begin enjoying warm days filled with bright sunshine. She has two grown sons. She loves living in Florida with her mother and sister. She started writing her first book in April 2013. Her book, Madam President, is a contemporary women's fiction novel. She self-published it through Abbott Press in March 2014. Her hobbies are reading, swimming and writing poetry.
