Sara K .Parker is an author and freelance writer/editor crafting stories of hope in the midst of impossible circumstances.

By weekday, she invests her time in a fast-paced job she loves in healthcare marketing and internal communications. By nights and weekends, she hangs out with her four kids, reads good books, plays the piano, runs just enough to counteract cupcakes and such, and writes (of course). After Jesus, those are the things that bring her the most joy and peace in this unpredictable life. As a recovering planaholic, worrywart, and people-pleaser, writing is as much a therapeutic outlet for her as it is a hobby and career.

Sara lives in Houston, Texas, where summer lasts half the year and nature views are scarce, so she tries to find time each year to travel - whether to a quiet retreat in Texas Hill Country, a flight back east to visit family in Maryland, or a cruise where she doesn't have to think about dinner or dishes or agendas.
