Larry C. Timbs Jr.

Larry C. Timbs Jr. is a USAF veteran and retired university professor.

He is the co-author, with Michael Manuel of two novels--"Fish Springs: Beneath the Surface"(2014) and "Justice for Toby" (2016).

He is also the author of "Unlikeliest Witness: An Appalachian Story of Suspense" (2018) and "From the Beak of an Eagle: Memoirs of a Winthrop Faculty Member" (2021).

"Harmless News in Myrtle Beach--A Journalist Seeks the Truth About UFOs" (2022) is Timbs' fifth book.

He lives three miles from the ocean in Surfside Beach, South Carolina, with his wife Patsy, his dog Jackson and their cat, Jake. Joe, the writer's other dog, passed away as this book was being sent to the publisher.
