Padraic Dempsey

Padraic Dempsey was born in Ireland in 1971 and grew up in a small farming community. Since 1995 he has worked globally in multi-national companies in all area of continuous improvements and organizational development.

His first book, “Hidden Costs: The iceberg that could sink your company” was related to this work.

His second book “Godfreys Wheelbarrow, a letter from Africa” is related to a lifelong dream he had, to be a volunteer in Africa.

His third book "Ereditá -Echoes of a Wild Dance" is a collection of poems - mapping of souls, relating to recent periods of change in his life, while reflecting on distant pasts, co-written with Anne Q.
