R. B. Bailey Jr

R.B.Bailey Jr was born and raised in various places around Alabama, but calls Jasper his hometown. After moving to Japan in 2001, his first story was "Promises Kept", forgotten, it wasn't published until ten years later. During his time working at an english school, another of his books, "The New Neighbor" (illustrated by Kim Roberts), was inspired by his students curiosity of America, and their desire to visit or live there one day. Since "Promises Kept" was originally written in 2001, he has since written 50+ stories, both published and unpublished. One of his books, "The Old School" received a positive review by TrueBlue Magazine, Toronto, Canada. He was also interviewed for his hometown newspaper, The Daily Mountain Eagle.

His most recently published book is "The New Neighbor - Ryo's New School"...the long-awaited second book of the New Neighbor series.
