Anne Crawford has written/co-written seven non-fiction books, including "Women of Spirit" and "Great Australian Horse Stories".
A born-again horse rider, Anne owns a small chestnut mare with a lot of attitude called Poppy and a handsome Red Heeler cross called Indi, who she is forever trying to keep out of scrapes. She lives in rural South Gippsland.
A feature writer with “The Age” for many years and a big overseas traveller, Anne swapped city life and a regular salary some years ago for writing books, riding and Australian road trips – and hasn’t looked back since!
