Hello! My name is Annette Goodman. I’m glad we met. Who am I?

A homegrown cook, gluten-free diet follower, successful wellness aficionado and a writer. I live in Portland, Oregon with my husband, son and our dear golden retriever, Fluffy. I work as a retail manager in of the European companies. My entire childhood I suffered from obesity, hypertension and complexion problems. During my college years I decided to turn my life around and started my weight-loss and wellness pursue. After more than a decade I can say that I definitely succeeded and now I’d like to give you a hand. I love cooking, creating new healthy recipes and writing books about healthy lifestyle for you to enjoy and profit from. I hope we’ll meet again!
