Rosamond Carter

I have been writing all my life, but it's only now that I'm free of family responsibilities I am able to, unashamedly, spend as much time as I like writing.

I live in Tasmania, moving down from Sydney some twenty years ago, and it is in the depths of our sunny cold winters that I am driven inside away from my much loved garden and can turn to writing, my other creative love. Hence I have finally been able to publish my first book.

I'm seventy four now and with luck I will have another twenty years in which to delve into my experiences and melt them into novels that will have appeal for everyone, at least I hope so.
