Dr. Lisa Summerour is a Transition Strategist, author, and keynote speaker who helps high-achieving women strategically rebuild their identity, confidence, and momentum after major life shifts.

With a Doctorate in Ethical Leadership and more than two decades of experience in leadership development, organizational consulting, and executive coaching, Dr. Summerour developed the Joy A.A.C.T.™ Framework originally to guide women through the identity collapse of divorce — and discovered it works for every major life transition.

As a Master Practitioner in breakup and divorce coaching, trained by The International Divorce Coach Centre of Excellence and The Dash Charity — an organization supporting individuals experiencing domestic abuse for over 45 years — Dr. Summerour built her framework from the ground up, rooted in rigorous training and real-world application.

An award-winning author, SAG-AFTRA member with film credits alongside Denzel Washington, Forest Whitaker, and Bruce Willis, and an ASCAP songwriter whose work was licensed by Netflix for the hit series Lucifer, she is also a screenwriter whose work has placed in multiple competitions and earned an invitation to a highly selective international screenwriting retreat.
