Since I learned how to read, I knew I wanted to be a writer. Stories, studies, and in-depth debates have always fascinated my mind and heart. As a self-proclaimed autodidact, I devour anything written that crosses my path and eagerly purge the thoughts that follow. The fact that my dream of becoming a writer is now a reality fills me with immense enthusiasm and joy.

Living in Northwest Florida for most of my life has instilled a deep appreciation for coastal living. For me, nothing is more relaxing and inspiring than the white sands and rolling waves of the Emerald Coast.

My thoughts and ideas about the craft evolve as I continue to write. I ponder what would be most helpful for readers, how to approach a topic, and how what I am learning and writing about changes me. Writing is a process that constantly changes, much like the quest for a meaningful and fulfilling life. Yet, despite this uncertainty, writing brings me happiness and provides a positive outlet for coping with the world. In doing so, I often uncover how to be a better educator, routinely integrating what I am learning on new levels.

As a mental health educator and yoga teacher, people frequently ask me questions about the intricacies of human behavior, overcoming fears, and other facets of the human condition. Although psychology and philosophy offer insights, humanity's overall beauty and complexity drive me to continue exploring life and writing all about it. The creation process allows me to declutter my mind and make sense of the world as I experience it from my current vantage point.
