Raul Rodriguez

Raul Rodriguez is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and clinical supervisor with over twenty-five years of experience working with teenagers, families, and the therapists who serve them. He has spent much of his career in schools, homes, and community programs, sitting with stories that were hard to say out loud and helping people find language for what they were carrying.

His writing spans poetry, fiction, children's literature, and books on spirituality and personal growth, all rooted in the same belief: that words, when handled with care, can do real healing work.

His debut YA novel, The Sky That Watches, was written for every young person carrying something too heavy to say out loud. The story follows fifteen-year-old Daniel from the moment a drive-by shooting changes everything to the slow, honest work of finding his way back to himself.

He lives and practices in California.
