Lee Garrett was born in Selena, Missouri, and raised in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He attended Westark Community College, majoring in Bible and Social Sciences before transferring to Missouri Baptist College in Saint Louis. He spent a tour of duty in the Navy as a Religious Program Specialist, and made two Mediterranean/Indian Ocean cruises. He has lived in many states, drifting from South Carolina to New Mexico, up to Colorado, Oregon, back to Colorado, California, Arizona, and Texas. He’s supported himself through odd jobs as well as working as a CNA for a mental health facility. He pursues music expression through local coffeehouses as a singer/songwriter, and performs concerts for local churches. His CD Taken By Storm is available through Amazon. He plays piano, synth, guitar, bouzouki, Native American ghost flute, writes fiction, lyric poetry, composes music, draws, paints, and is proficient in five styles of Gung-Fu.
