Brendan Kelly

Brendan Kelly is Professor Emeritus at the University of Toronto where he studied mathematics and theoretical physics, and graduated with a Ph.D. in number theory, and in 1990 an Ed.D., specializing in computer applications. He is curator for the Quora site: Intelligence and IQ hosting more than 45,000 followers with posts read by more than 8,000,000 viewers. He founded Brendan Kelly Publishing Inc.–a publisher of textbooks promoting the use of the ti-nspire technology in teaching mathematics. Professor Kelly has authored more than 50 books, some published in several languages, and was senior author for Addison-Wesley's school mathematics programs. His research on human intelligence led to his 2019 publication "Intelligence: Where We Were, Where We Are, & Where We're Going." Its sequel, "Intelligence, IQ & Perception: Unpopular Truths about Popular Myths" was published in 2021.
