Entretanto, cultiva o rigor científico. Lendo atentamente e fichando artigos dos periódicos acadêmicos brasileiros de Economia Política, enquadrados nos rígidos parâmetros internacionais QUALIS B1 e QUALIS B2, dos quais a CAPES e o CNPq brasileiros são signatários.

Charles Odevan Xavier graduated in Portuguese Language from the Federal University of Ceará. He received 14 credits of the Master's Degree in Brazilian Literature from the Federal University of Ceará. He studied subjects of the baccalaureate in Social Sciences of the Federal University of Ceará - enrolled in the special student modality. He has no academic background in economics. However, it cultivates scientific rigor. Reading carefully and writing articles from the Brazilian academic journals on Political Economy, within the strict international parameters QUALIS B1 and QUALIS B2, of which Brazilian CAPES and CNPq are signatories.
