Jonathan C. Darling

Jonathan Darling is Clinical Associate Professor in Paediatrics and Child Health at the University of Leeds, and Honorary Consultant in General Paediatrics at Leeds General Infirmary. He is Vice-President for Education and Professional Development for the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. He has been closely involved in teaching and assessment in the medical course at Leeds for many years, especially in paediatrics, and has acted as external examiner and reviewer for other UK medical courses. He is also regularly involved in postgraduate teaching, helping to prepare candidates for the MRCPCH exam, and teaching on European Paediatric Life Support Courses, and the University of Leeds MSc in Child Health. He is always keen to enthuse and inspire students and doctors about the speciality of paediatrics.
