Padme Lake (the former Amy Tanner) is a writer, healer, energy explorer and innovator who is fascinated by paradigm shifts and how to navigate them with ease. She grew up in the wilds of suburban Detroit and has lived in San Francisco, Tucson, and the Boston area.
