Joy Giguere

Joy Giguere is an Associate Professor of History at Penn State York in York, PA. She earned her PhD in History from the University of Maine in 2009. Her research expertise centers on American commemorative culture - cemeteries, grave markers, public monuments, and the politics of public history and public memory.
