With thirty years in construction, Becky Paroz is a Project Manager, engineer, performance coach, and mentor. Becky is a keynote speaker at state, national and international conferences on topics such as leadership, confidence, resilience, and success in male dominated industries.

She has been a technical writer during her industry career, and for almost 10 years, she has written blogs, magazine and anthology contributions, and several books of her own. She provides professional, experienced coaching, mentoring, and self-publishing training as part of her many talents. In her free time, she raises two monsters disguised as Rhodesian Ridgebacks.
