Victor Teo

Victor Teo is a political scientist whose main research expertise is in the International Relations of the Indo-Pacific. He also has research interests in the politics of technology, environment and development and the illicit political economy in Asia. He received his PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science and was a faculty member at the University of Hong Kong. Victor has held fellowships at the Universities of Kyoto, Oxford and Cambridge as well at Harvard University. He is currently Visiting Senior Research Fellow at the East Asian Institute at the National University of Singapore.
