Keith Winnard

On September 9th 1967 Keith Winnard attended his first day at a full time boarding school in a picturesque area of Northern England. Students were allowed home just three times a year; letter writing was the only option for connecting with family and friends during term time. Luckily, the school curriculum included learning letter writing skills and a weekly supervised class was allocated to write letters. The curriculum also included handwriting classes. You can imagine how much he enjoyed sharing his new experiences with his friends and family. They would reply and keep him up to date with what was going on in his own town. Letter writing always has been a part of his life - a very important part.

A successful career in Information Technology spanning over 35 years in technical, consulting, and managerial roles followed presenting many exciting and unique projects throughout England and Europe.

In more recent times he moved to West Michigan, and continues to write to friends and family both in the U.S.A. and in the U.K and Ireland who share the same enthusiasm for personal letters writing.
