Sam R. Assini

Mr. Assini graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law School.

After law school, Mr. Assini became the renowned family law Judge Renee Goldenberg’s law clerk in the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, Broward County, Florida. Mr. Assini is now the sole shareholder of the Men’s Rights Law Firm, with offices in Cape Coral, Fort Myers and most recently, Naples, Florida.

The firm was founded by Mr. Assini in 2003. Mr. Assini is passionate about men’s rights in divorce and family law. Having “been there” himself, he empathizes and understands what men go through and that your case is one of the most important events in your life.

Mr. Assini’s memberships include the Lee County Bar Association, Family Law Section of the Lee County Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Family Law Section of the Florida Bar Association and Association of Family Law Professionals. Thanks to Mr. Assini’s aggressive defense of men’s rights, the Pay or Appear Program in Lee County was abolished and the firm continues to gain positive appellate decisions in divorce and family law matters.
