Ian Todd

Ian Todd was born in the Townhead district of Glasgow in 1955 and lived in Glasgow (Townhead, Maryhill, Milton, Springburn) until he moved to the north of Scotland in the 1980s. Ian has a grown-up family and lives with his partner, his three dogs and two cats and has been writing part time since 2012.

Ian self published Parly Road, his first novel in 2014. That started him on the road to publishing a further 10 in quick succession, finishing with Ledmore Junction in 2018.

The stories follow in the footsteps of a small group of feral boys in the Townhead district of Glasgow during the summer of 1965. Ledmore Junction is based in the Northern Highlands of Scotland in 1976.
