His work has crossed industries as varied as automotive, healthcare, high technology, hospitality, and quick-service restaurants. He helped introduce self-service beverages and condiments to Taco Bell, pioneered a distinctive approach to filming automobiles for Honda, and redesigned service-advisor training for Lexus as the company worked to regain the top position in customer satisfaction. More recently, he has focused on helping small businesses clarify their messaging, strengthen their brands, and achieve measurable growth through thoughtful marketing and advertising.

Bill is an award-winning instructional-film writer and producer. He holds a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, with triple majors in Journalism, Broadcasting, and Creative Art, as well as a master’s degree in Theology.
