Qin Xie

Qin Xie is a London-based food and travel writer and editor. She has written widely for publications including The Times, Conde Nast Traveller, National Geographic Travel, The Independent, and Lonely Planet.

As an author, she was integral in bringing the joyful food of Chef Peng's Pimlico restaurant to life in Hunan: A Lifetime of Secrets from Mr Peng’s Chinese Kitchen. She has also contributed to books on food and travel writing and was a co-author on Lonely Planet's Experience London guide.
