Hollis Lashley

I am a Senior Author, Poet, Speaker and performance artiste who loves playing percussion, singing and working on raising my Spiritual Consciousness. I believe that the brotherhood of all men transcends the boundaries of nations; and that One spirit of life unites us all.

I have written 'Gifts From The Heart' and 'Children of the Clouds' published by X-Libris. I am immersing into my creative flow with Amazon. I have earned a Graduate degree in Psychology, and have taught the subject at the College level. As a writer however, I have been fascinated with the way in which we allow our concern for material possessions to blind us to the neeed to empower ourselves and our Brothers and Sisters.

We confuse our pursuits and accomplishments with the need to act lovingly. We often fail to recognize the Inner Beauty which we all are, and which, once recognized, provides the Freedom and Foundation to be Happy, in spite of the paradoxical nature of this experience which is Life.

We are not simply our body. We are not our mind. We are The Watcher which experience all phenomena. Bask in the Light.
