I was born and raised in Devonshire, Wiltshire and Surrey, and studied in London. My first career was teaching chemistry in colleges and universities. My interest in researching new topics led to me designing and teaching modules on other diverse subjects too.
When I began writing fiction, a fellow writer recruited me to be a technical editor for a global computer software company, which job morphed into leading a global knowledge management team.
My wife was born and raised in Wales. We return to visit its beautiful beaches and her childhood friends every year. Our shared interests are nature and wildlife and singing songs from the musicals. We’ve performed in local theatres, Disneyland Paris, and at the Edinburgh Fringe.
I’m currently working on ‘Forever Goodbye’. Like the first novel in the Pembrokeshire murder mystery series, it is set in a close-knit community on the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast and follows Alys, Matt and Beth as they investigate the murder of a prominent local personality.
