Dr. Ernest Jones

Baltimore native Dr. Ernest Jones holds several accredited degrees: a Bachelor of Science (BS) of Chemical Engineering, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in International Management, and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with concentration in Management.

Dr. Ernest wrote his research dissertation entitled Social Exchange Perspective and S&OP Participation, continues to research organizational behavior topics, and is an author in the award winning series The Refractive Thinker ®. His research interests include the human factors and dynamics of participatory process effectiveness. He is a scholar-practitioner at heart . . . Always seeking to translate theory into practice.
