Denise Moulle

Until his retirement in 2012, Jean-Pierre Moullé was executive chef at Chez Panisse, where he began working in 1975. Denise Lurton Moullé comes from the Bordeaux wine-making empire, the Lurton family. She created a company distributing Bordeaux wines in the US and Canada.

In 1989, Denise and Jean Pierre started “Two Bordelais” offering personal culinary tours to France. The couple now divide their time between California and France.

Jean Pierre and Denise have been featured in the Wine Spectator, Gourmet, New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Wine and Food, Travel and Leisure, San Francisco Chronicle, to name a few.
