Cooper Baltis

Cooper Baltis is a Texas-born writer who has traveled widely in India, Nepal, China, Japan, Mongolia and Bhutan. From 2011-2013, he was a Fulbright ESL teacher at the National University of Mongolia. He has published short stories in the Sorin Oak Review, The Metric, Writing Tomorrow, the Dr. T.J. Eckleburg Review and the Garbanzo Literary Journal. In 2014, he became one of the founders of Hippo Books, a publisher dedicated to producing interesting and enjoyable books in English.
