Dr. Mike Luedde

Somehow I've managed to live a while, and along the way I have accumulated a little insight and wisdom. I like to share what I've discovered and listen to others tell me what they've learned on their trips around the sun.

The formal stuff: retired presbyterian minister, professor, and psychotherapist; collector of 3.5 degrees along the way; had more than one wedding but only one marriage (to my lovely redheaded soul mate); and some children, grandchildren, and stepchildren are in my wake. I do nature photography whenever I can find time, workout to hold obesity and aging at bay, and do some writing when I'm inspired. My work now is mostly spiritual direction and life coaching, and I feel privileged and humbled that I am enabled to do it.

Always, always, I have searched for the authentic God that religion points toward but can never contain. When that God is real in my life, then I am real and loving and sometimes creative.
