Larry Wennik

Larry Wennik is an unusual guy. In his undergraduate studies, he was an Engineering major with an English minor. He tends to think both left-brain and right brain, which proved useful in his later consulting career.

In 1987, he founded and and was the principal consultant of DeltaPro Consultants, which specialized in improving business and personal performance. During this time, Larry served as teacher, trainer, facilitator, coach and mentor to individuals, CEOs and management teams in a wide variety of organizations.

Prior to founding DeltaPro, Larry spent 25 years in business & industry, holding a variety of senior positions in engineering, product development, operations, quality, & marketing. His personal specialty areas include process improvement, strategic planning, marketing, team-building and organization development.

He was also the founder and principal of a commercial mortgage company.

He and his wife Roberta are currently co-owners of Affordable Editing Services, which provides Writing Coaching, Editing and Ghost Writing solutions to authors.

Larry earned both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electronics Engineering, and a Master of Science in General Counseling. He’s an internationally recognized author, having written a number of books, workbooks and articles on management topics. He’s also the holder of two United States patents--including one for an electronic neuron circuit.

In the community, Larry has served on the board of directors of various organizations, including the local Chamber of Commerce, the local chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), and a Business Advisory Council for the Resource Center for the Handicapped (RCH), which he also chaired for a term. He was also an active member of the local chapter of the National Speakers Association.
