Steven R. Smith

Steve Smith spent 18 years of his life in the commercial fishing industry. During his time in the cold waters of the North Pacific, he worked his way up through the ranks to become Captain of one of the most successful Dungeness crab and long-line fishing boats in the fleet. In this high risk and ultra competitive industry, he honed his knowledge and skills in the area of leadership, teamwork, motivation, and living life. He became a top producer and earned the title of Highliner, given only to an elite few out of a fleet of thousands.

In present day, Steve is a human performance professional consistently recognized for producing outstanding results in a wide variety of applications while maintaining high standards of integrity, business/client and staff satisfaction.
