Lisa Christon

My name is Lisa Christon and I am an attorney and mom to three. I have been practicing law for 25 years. I have been writing stories for 40 years. I've been a wife for 20 happy years and a mom for 18 wonderful years. I love all of my "jobs" and enjoy writing for children, especially the kind of stories I enjoyed reading as a young girl. I still enjoy mysteries. I wrote the first "Jenna" when my daughter was 2. She's now 16 and it took me almost ten years to bring it to print. I also fondly recall my first rejection slip, from "My Weekly Reader". I was 9 at the time and it still stings. I am originally from Lackawanna, New York, but have slowly been moving west and now live in Oregon with my husband, three teenagers and three super-needy dogs. More Jenna adventures are on the way!
