As a chemist, he worked on fuels for the kind of rockets that now service the Space Station; as a software engineer he helped design the software support system for NASA's Deep Space Network; as an actor he has appeared in plays, movies, television commercials and technical training films; as a political consultant in California, he helped elect candidates at all levels, from City Councils to the State Legislature; as a writer of technical books, he co-authored Configuration Management for Software (Van Nostrand Reinhold 1992) ;as a poet he has been published in Copperfield's Literary Magazine.
