J T. Oney

J.T. Oney was born and raised in the mountains of southeastern Kentucky. He served more than forty years with the Department of Defense in various military, intelligence and security organizations. He retired in 2000 and taught for eleven years at a small college in Northern Virginia. He is now retired, living in Mayking, Kentucky, and is an Adjunct Professor at the Southeast Kentucky Community College.
