Frans-Arne Stylegar

Living in southernmost Norway with his cat, Frans-Arne Stylegar is a writer, archaeologist and heritage specialist. Born in 1969, he helds a MA degree in archaeology (Oslo University 1995), and has worked within journalism, heritage management and urban plannning. He was head of the Inspectorate of monuments and sites in Vest-Agder 2004-2014, and director of Varanger Museum in Finnmark 2014-2016. He is now a heritage specialist with Multiconsult Norway. He has published several books, and is a prolific writer.
