Gio Marron

Gio is a US Navy Veteran of 7 years. During his service, he served as a Naval Aircrewman aboard P-3C patrol aircraft. After concluding his Naval service, he spent a year working in a die-casting factory before attending college. Upon graduating with his B.S. he took a job as a mainframe programmer for a banking services company. He left this position after two years and returned to college to study for his Master’s degree. In December 2005, he completed his graduate studies and began working as a Usability Analyst. He then took a year off to work as an adjunct college professor before returning to work in usability. He and his wife live in Nashville, Tennessee where he spends his time writing, reading and “working” at his day job.

During his life, Gio has had the opportunity to live and travel extensively abroad. He has lived in Iran, Saudi Arabia and Japan. His travels have included destinations such as Israel, Dubai, Sri Lanka, Kenya and Trinidad in addition to many other destinations throughout Asia, Africa and Europe.

His service to his country notwithstanding, Gio’s proudest achievement is when he completed an Ironman triathlon.
