Nara Duffie

Nara Duffie completed "The Monster Realm" 11 days before her 11th birthday. She loves origami, crochet, and spending time in nature. She is currently teaching a western scrub jay to eat from her hand.

She recently finished "The Three Worlds," the sequel to "The Monster Realm." It debuted at the L.A. Times Festival of Books in April 2016, a month before her 13th birthday.

Nara's presentation, "Medusa's Guide to Novel Writing," has been performed for the Los Angeles and Fullerton School Districts. She was a featured presenter at TEDxKids in El Cajon.
