I am a 54 year old novice writer. I have no "formal" education. I was born and raised in New Orleans .La. I have spent most of my life with social anxiety disorder. A life of mediocrity, and self loathing. But, at the ripe old age of 50, I started medication, and it has helped me start a new life. I've always been told I was a good writer and poet, but I was always too afraid to let the world see my writings. So, hopefully I can now realize my dream of being a successful writer.
