Robert R. Pugh

I was born at West Point, New York into a military family. I have lived in New York, New Jersey, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, Hawaii, and Florida. By the time I was thirteen, our family had lived in Japan, Germany, and France. After graduating from Fort Hamilton High School in Brooklyn, New York, I attended Chaminade College in 1965. I received both my B.A. in American History in 1969, and my Master of Education in 1979, from Stetson University, DeLand, Florida. I served as an officer in the United States Army Security Agency in 1970, and I was honorably discharged from active duty service in 1971. I am married with four children and eight grandchildren.
