Shane Buzon

SHANE BUZON is a versatile artist, a rock climber, a devoted teacher and mom of two incredibly wonderful girls. Art has always been a part of Shane's life. She has been drawing and painting since she was about three years old. Her artworks have been exhibit in Italy. What she paints is connected to things she loves; portraits, landscapes, climbing and nature. She has a great passion for teaching through art & nature.

Shane began climbing in 1999 and have been active and excelled in the sport. Climbing has brought her to beautiful places around the world. It also lead her to work as an environmental educator in camps for children. It was in Camp Explore, where she first discovered her passion for teaching children and it was where she first brought her exuberance and skills in teaching about nature through outdoor games and art activities. Through this sport, she also met her husband, Oscar Amici, a well-established climber in Italy.

She currently lives in Ravenna, Italy with her husband, Oscar and two incredibly wonderful daughters. She is working as an educator and inspiring her students through her skills and creativity in a private school in Ravenna. She also organizes art and nature workshops all through out the year.
