Amy Jones is a business operations expert. She has successfully impacted many businesses from restaurants to real estate. As a general manager she flipped 13 restaurants from negative profit to top performers in their respective markets. In real estate, she has flipped over 1,000 properties, built companies from $13M/year to $77M/year in five years, $47M to $92M year-over-year, and built her own company from nothing to almost $20M in 5 years. She has helped numerous business owners increase their revenue and profit in multiple industries. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. She is currently a Business Advisor with Cultivate Advisors.

Amy started in the book publishing space in 2007 with "Growth Hurts: A True Journey of Breaking the Chain and Filling the Void." This book is a personal memoir and primarily focuses on her journey through childhood, losing her mother to suicide, and how to overcome obstacles to build a life worth living.

She wrote "90 Day Turnaround: Increasing Profit and Revenue" in less than 30 days when she was held accountable to being able to do "almost anything" in 90 days at a business retreat.

She anticipates her next writing projects will be around how to sell, manage, and build a business around the four Universal personality types.
