William H. Higgins

William Higgins (1952 - ) Bill was born in Roswell, NM, to parents, Lt Col Robert (Ret USAF WWII pilot) & Eileen. He grew up with 3 other siblings and the family started the Rafter J Bar Ranch Campground in the Black Hills of SD. Bill was a B-52 Crewchief in the Vietnam conflict. Bill graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in 2006 and for 13 years was part of the RBC team that taught faith & healing at the Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Tulsa, OK. For 5 and 6 years respectively Bill also teaches at the RBTC's in Kenya for directors Vidar & Cathrine Ligard and Zambia directors and Pastors, Walker and Haley Schurz.
