Dr Rabot has her certification in life coaching. A true "Jane of all trades," she earned a PhD in theology, with a minor in Christian counselling, in 1999 from Rockville Seminary and completed training in modelling at John Robert Powers International.
Dr. Mechelle L. Rabot, Owner and Founder of DivaGlam Cosmetics, LLC, Director for Divas by Design, Senior Pastor and Founder of New Seasons Christian Outreach Ministry, Published Author, Christian Life Coach/Owner of Trans4Mation Life Center, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in business management.
A versatile entrepreneur and a woman of diverse interests, Dr Mechelle Rabot lends her talents to no less than four different enterprises: DivaGlam Cosmetics, a distributor of cosmetics and skin care products; Divas by Design, a transitional housing project for women; New Seasons Christian Outreach Ministry, a worldwide missionary organization; and Trans4Mation Life Center, a Christian coaching/counseling center. Vastly experienced in makeup and image consultation, she organizes image and makeup lessons and sets up shop in malls for DivaGlam, utilizing her expertise to help women look their best.
Devoted to the cause of helping people improve in all aspects of their lives, Dr Rabot is actively involved in religious work, too. With her husband, she has been serving as a church pastor since 2005. She also draws on her faith in counselling others through Trans4Mation Life Center, where she guides clients in pursuit of their life and career goals. A sought-after public speaker, Dr Rabot hopes to travel and teach internationally, so that she can spread her life-affirming message to more people and bring hope and beauty to as many women as she can. She attributes the success that she has enjoyed in multiple disciplines to her faith, determination, passion, and the influence of her deceased grandmother.

Dr Rabot has seven children, four of whom have special needs.
