Marta Dapena-Barón

Marta teaches and coaches senior leaders around the world. Her company, Big Picture Partners, works with global companies like Johnson & Johnson, GE, Sealed Air, Stryker, Medtronic, Ecolab, and many others to help them improve their commercial acumen. Marta has been on the marketing faculty at the Johnson School at Cornell University and at the Ross School at the University of Michigan.
